200 S Spring St

200 S Spring

This is a one story building currently housing the Southland Credit Union, Blue Cube Cafe, The City Employees Club, The Second Street Cigar Lounge, and The Metropolitan News Offices.

This location sits at the intersection of 2nd & Spring Streets bordering the budding Historic Core district in Downtown Los Angeles. This prime location is directly across the street from the future site of the regional gold line connector station of the LA metro. It is blocks from the Broad Museum, Walt Disney Concert Hall, Grand Central Market, and City Hall with thousands of visitors on a daily basis.

In recent months it has been announced that three new mixed use skyscrapers will be constructed in the same intersection as this location. Onni Development Group will be constructing two towers as part of its redevelopment of the Times Mirror Square Building. As well the Tribune Corporation will be constructing a 40 story tower on top of the future Gold Line Connector Station. The projects will help make this intersection a prime location in Downtown Los Angeles.
